Access and trend lab results and compare to normal values. Real time critical value notification for abnormal lab results. - Alerts -
Configure the system to automatically notify via Smartphone and highlight critical or abnormal lab values based on users pre selected preferences. - Test Results -
Quickly view microbiology, radiology, pathology, and EKG reports.
- Clinical Notes - Create, view, store, and print daily SOAP notes including procedure and consult notes. Current vitals and labs are superimposed onto note, promoting time savings and reduction in errors in transcription.

Print reports such as SOAP notes, pre written admit orders, radiology reports, and summary reports including core measure and billing.
Billing Module
A significant loss of hospital and clinician revenue is under billing. The Freedom Billing Module allows clinicians to easily identify missed bills and facilitates quick and accurate bill submission, reducing clinician administrative burden and significantly increasing revenues.
Core Measures Module
The Freedom Core Measures Module facilitates quality improvement compliance and promotes a high standard of care. Freedom’s Core Measures Module allows for the easy collection and reporting of quality measures, through simple Q & A at the point of care. Freedom intuitively selects the core measures based on patients current diagnosis. The module ensures compliance in meeting and improving core measures, promoting best practices and meeting pay-for-performance goals.
Communication Module
The Freedom Communication Module allows physicians to share patient information through user-to-user messaging facilitating an accurate and up to date patient sign out. The communication module is a comprehensive communication tool that keeps physicians on top of system alerts, critical value notifications, administrative messages and more. Using the communication module, clinicians are able to spend more time with patients and less time gathering data.
Physician Portal Module
A comprehensive browser based central storehouse for mobile application and data management. Freedom users are able to easily access and update patient specific data in a secure environment. Office managers may also be given portal privileges to assist with administrative tasks.
